By using mrozestitches.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Paystack; we never see or store your card details.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, or pricing or product information is materially incorrect.
Custom tailoring is a personal service. Once production has started, the piece is made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please see our refund policy for when returns may be considered.
We will quote you within 24–48 hours of receiving your request. Timelines, pricing, and fabric selections are confirmed in writing before production begins.
All imagery, designs, and content on this site belong to M-Roze Stitches. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our work commercially without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, M-Roze Stitches is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
