Custom-made pieces are crafted specifically to your measurements and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We offer one round of alterations at no additional cost within 7 days of delivery if the fit is off. Alterations beyond this are quoted separately.
Cut fabric is considered a custom order and is not eligible for return or refund unless it arrives with a defect or was cut to a length different from your order.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paystack. You will typically see the refund in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We are not able to refund to a different card or account than the one used for the original purchase.
Email hello@mrozestitches.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the request. We will respond within one business day with next steps.
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and either replace the item, offer a full refund, or arrange a store credit, whichever you prefer.
