We want you to love your M-Roze piece. If you're not completely satisfied:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale
• Exchanges are subject to availability

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Custom-made pieces require 2-3 weeks for creation. These are made to your specific measurements and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

We offer one round of alterations at no additional cost within 7 days of delivery.
